STUDENTS AND GRADUATES
We make our own coffee and do our own photocopying. At Lexta, interns are integrated into project groups from day one. You’ll work on specific solutions to business cases and be assigned a personal mentor. He or she is your coach and guide, and also gives you direct feedback. Oh, and keep the theoretical stuff for the lecture theatre. From experience, we know that interns can often come up with some amazing kinds of ideas. Lexta’s flat management structure is the perfect breeding ground for these ideas. We didn’t pick our slogan ‘The best idea wins’ by accident.
